Who We Are
Victorious Ministry Through Christ USA (VMTC-USA) is a prayer ministry dedicated to helping people experience the freedom, healing, and restoration Jesus promised. Rooted in Scripture, guided by the Holy Spirit, and aligned with VMTC International, we equip believers across the nation to minister God’s love and bring lasting freedom to the hurting and oppressed.
VMTC-USA oversees and supports regional ministries—including VMTC Redding—as they carry out this mission in their local communities. Every VMTC location operates under the same biblical principles, training standards, and ministry model, ensuring consistency, safety, and Spirit-led excellence in every ministry expression.
Our Mission: Setting Captives Free
Jesus described His mission with unmistakable clarity: “He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and to set at liberty those who are oppressed.”
— Luke 4:18–19
VMTC-USA exists to join Him in that mission. We minister to those burdened by anxiety, past wounds, addiction, shame, broken relationships, or spiritual oppression—helping them encounter the One who heals, restores, and sets captives free.
Isaiah spoke prophetically of this ministry long beforehand: “…to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound.”

These verses form the foundation of VMTC-USA’s calling and the ministry model we teach and practice nationwide.
The Three Pillars of VMTC Ministry
VMTC-USA functions through three core pillars that define how ministry is carried out across all locations:
VMTC-USA ministers through three foundational pillars that work together to bring healing, freedom, and lasting transformation. Through Outreach, we meet people where they are and extend the love of Christ to the hurting. Through Prayer Sessions, individuals experience deep, personal healing and freedom in a safe, Spirit-led environment. Through Mentoring & Training, we help believers grow, walk out their victory, and equip those called to minister to others. Each pillar plays a vital role in the journey from brokenness to restoration.
Ministry Schools
VMTC Ministry Schools exist to equip believers who feel called to minister healing, freedom, and restoration in the name of Jesus. Following the biblical pattern God first entrusted to Anne White—rooted in forgiveness, confession, renouncing the enemy’s lies, and walking in the authority of Christ—students are trained to minister with clarity, compassion, and spiritual integrity. Through biblical teaching, practical training, and Spirit-led formation, the Ministry School prepares disciples to pray effectively and help others experience lasting freedom.
Mentoring
Mentoring is an essential part of helping people walk out their victory in Christ. After receiving ministry, individuals who desire continued support are paired with a trained mentor who provides encouragement, accountability, and prayer. Because lasting freedom grows in healthy community, we help each person and their family find a local church where they can grow and belong. For those who already have a church home, we encourage them to deepen their connection, become actively involved, and receive the support of their church family. Through mentoring and strong church relationships, believers are strengthened to live in the fullness of the freedom they have received.
