A National Ministry Bringing Freedom Through Christ
Victorious Ministry Through Christ USA (VMTC-USA) is a national prayer ministry dedicated to helping people experience the freedom, healing, and restoration found in Jesus Christ. Rooted in Scripture and grounded in the pattern God entrusted to Anne White, VMTC-USA equips believers across the nation to minister healing, break spiritual strongholds, and lead others into lasting victory.
As the U.S. expression of a global ministry, VMTC-USA provides oversight, training, and support for regional VMTC ministries—including VMTC Redding and others—ensuring that the ministry is carried out with the same biblical foundation, integrity, and Spirit-led excellence everywhere it is practiced.
Expanding Into Mexico
VMTC-USA is now stepping into a new and exciting season: expansion into Mexico.
With doors opening across borders and hearts ready to receive ministry, VMTC-USA is partnering with local leaders to bring the prayer ministry model into churches and communities throughout Mexico. This expansion includes:

Our Mission: Setting Captives Free
Jesus declared His calling with clarity:
“He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and to set at liberty those who are oppressed.”
— Luke 4:18–19
Isaiah prophesied the same mission:
“…to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound.”
— Isaiah 61:1–2

Outreach extends VMTC beyond the walls of the church into communities, small groups, and gatherings where lives are burdened and hope is needed. Through Spirit-led prayer and compassionate ministry, outreach teams help individuals begin their journey toward freedom and healing.
Prayer Sessions — Freedom Through Spirit-Led Ministry
VMTC Prayer Sessions are the heart of our ministry—confidential, Spirit-led times of guided prayer where individuals:

Mentoring & Training — Walking Out Victory and Equipping Leaders
VMTC-USA believes freedom becomes a lifestyle through discipleship and community. Mentoring helps individuals continue their healing journey with guidance, accountability, and support.
VMTC-USA also provides training for prayer ministers, equipping believers across the nation to serve with biblical integrity, compassion, and spiritual authority. Ministry Schools—like the one beginning in Redding in February 2026—operate under VMTC-USA standards and oversight.
The VMTC prayer pattern remains the same across nations and cultures, ensuring that VMTC’s ministry is consistent, biblical, and fruitful.
